CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN GMT INVESTORS, A
CALIFORNIA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, AND THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND RELATED ACTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the .2ity Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Execution of the agreement entitled "Agreement Pro-
viding for Exchange of Park Site," entered into as of the
15th day of June, 1970 by and between GMT Investors, a California
limited partnership, and the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, providing for the exchange of park sites
and the performance of other acts as therein provided, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the 2ity and City Clerk attest his sig-
natire thereto.
2. The City Clerk be ~nd he is hereby authorized to record
or cause the recordation of said agreement in the Official
Records of San Mateo County.
3. The Mayor and Mayo~. Pro Tem of the City of South San
Francisco are authorized to execute a Grant Deed to GMT Investors,
a California limited partnepship, conveying the parcel designated
as "Old Park Site" and more particularly described in Exhibit A
attached hereto, delivery of which is to be made as set forth
in 'the agreement authorized in Paragraph 1 and the escrow instruc-
tions as hereinafter authorized.
4. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to accept
a Grant Deed from GMT Investors, a California limited partner-
ship, conveying to City a parcel designated as the "New Park
Site" and more particularly described in Exhibit C attached
hereto, subject o real property taxes for 1970-71 and to
exceptions numbered 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 11 as shown in the
amended title report of Title Insurance and Trust Company
dated March, 1970, Redwood City Order No. 393565, and record

or cause recordation thereof in the Official Records of San
Mateo County, and receive a~ Grantor's expense a title policy
for the principal sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollar.~
($150,000.00), assuring title to the New Park Site vested
in City, subject only to the real property taxes for 1970-71
and the exceptions hereinbefore recited.
5. The City Clerk is authorized to execute a Certificate
of Acceptance and to record or cause recordation thereof in
the Official Records of San Mateo County and the Grant Deed
set forth in Paragraph 4 above.
6. The City Attorney and City Clerk are authorized to
execute escrow instructions necessary to carry out the pro-
visisions of the agreement authorized in Paragraph 1 hereof
and the terms and provisions of this Resolution.

DESCRIPTION
Ail that certain real ~roperty situate in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Marco, State of California,
described as follows:
CObR~ENCING for reference at the Monument in the intersection
of the centerline of Limerigk Boulevard (known as Gellert
Boulevard) with the centerline of Cork Court (known as
Kenry Way East), as shown on that certain Map entitled
"Tract No. 817, Westborough Unit No. 3, San Marco County,
California" filed in the Office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California on November 21,
1963 in Book 59 of Maps, at Pages 16 and 17; thence along
the northeasterly prolongation of said centerline of Cork
Court (Kenry Way East) North 25° 40' East 240600 feet;
northwesterly from a tangert bearing North 64 20' West,
on the arc of a curve to t?e right with a radius of 130.00
feet, subtending a central angle of 39° 00', an arc dis-
tance of 88°49 feet to a point of reverse curvature and
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence from said TRUE POINT
OF BEGINNING northwesterly, from a tangent bearing North
25° 20' West, on the arc of a curve to the left with a
radius of 450.00 feet, subtending a central angle of
30° 50', an arc distance of 242.16 feet; North 26° 00'
East 295.00 feet; North 70° 00' West 580.27 feet to a point
in proposed southeasterly Line of access from Westborough
Boulevard to proposed Junipero Serra Freeway; thence along
said line North 69 18' 46" East 21~.20 feet; tangent to
the last said course, on the arc of a curve to the right
with a radius of 250.02 feet, subtending a central angle
of 53° 05' 58", an arc diszance of 231.71 feet to a point
in proposed southwesterly Line of Junipero Serra Freeway

'4033 of Official Records at Page 514, North 59°12' East 44.88 feet; thence North 69°
18' 46" East 471.67 feet and South 6° 30' West 95.56 feet to the TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING: thence from said TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING North 69o18' 46" East
63.66 feet; on the arc of a curve to the right, tangent to the last preceeding course,
