A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT PERSON AND SWANSON iNDUSTRIAL TRACT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of Inten- tion No. 2771 .adopted by the City .~ouncil of said City on April 6, 1959, as amended, and the provisions of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on June 20, 1960, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and WHEREAS, certain lots or pa~'cels of land upon which there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued under · the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, ?Lave been divided so that they no longer conform to-the original parcel boundaries as shown on said assessment; NOW,'THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ~that 1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed with the City Clerk a report and ar. ended assessment and diagram of the lots or parcels so divided, said parcels being designated Asse'ssment No. 29. 2. That the unpaid installm.ents of said original assessment shall be segregated and apportione~ in accordance with the benefits to the several parts.of the original lot or parcel and the total amount of the assessments of the several portions of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assessment upon said original lot or parcel of land. 3. That Monday, the 3rd day of August, 1970, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, be, and zhe same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment before said Council. 4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the time and place of such hearing before the Council by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the South San Francisco Enterprise- Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and~ circulated in said City, the first publication being not less than fifteen days before said hearing.
