A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZ-NG SETTLEMENT OF
PARCEL I FOR THE SUM OF $72.00
INCLUSIVE OF INTEREST
SOUTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD AREA SEWER PROJECT
RESOLVED, by .the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, a proposed settleme.at has been effected in that~certain
action entitled "CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO v. HERMAN HERTZ, indivi-
dually and dba HERTZ REALTY COMPANY, et al" filed in the Superior
Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Mateo,
Action No. 143509, for the taking of the estates and interests more
particularly described in the above-entitled action in and to Parcel
l, in the sum of $72.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED that the
attorneys of record for said Cit:- in the above-entitled action, be,
and they are, hereby authorized ~o effect the settlement aforesaid
for said Parcel l, and' to execut.= and deliver in behalf of this City
all documents of every kind and nature necessary or Convenient to
accomplish this purpose.
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of South
San Francisco is authorized and directed to draw his warrant, pay-
able to Herman Hertz, individually and dba Hertz Realty Company,
in the sum of $22.00, which represents the difference between the
security deposit heretofore deposited with the Court for said Parcel
l, and the agreed award for the acquisition of the property aforesaid,
and to deliver~said warrant to ~he attorneys of record, WILSON, JONES,
MORTON & LYNCH, 630 North San Mateo Drive, San Mateo, California 94401.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular meetir, g held this 6th day of July
1970, by the following vote:
