CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT - LANDSCAPE
DEVELOPMENT OF HICKEY BOULEVARD AT HILTON AVENUE
AND SAN FRANCISCO WATER DEPARTMENT LAND AT HI CKEY
BOULEVARD AND CA_MARITAS AVENUE.- .....
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 14th day of July , 19 70
for the work to be done and the improvement to be mad~-~s
described and specified:
LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT OF HI~KEY BOULEVARD AT HILTON AVENUE
AND SAN FP, ANCISCO WATER DEP~RT~ENT LAND AT HICKEY BOULEVARD
AND C~RITAS AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responszble bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:
Live Oak Lands'~ape Co., Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth.on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular meeting
held on the 20th day of July , 19 70 ,
by the following vote:
