CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP OF
WESTBOROUGH UNIT NO. 4A AND AUTHORIZING
ACTS RELATED THERETC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisoo that:
1. The final map entitled, "Westborough Unit No. 4A, South
San Francisco, San Mateo County, California," dated April,
1970, is hereby approved and the dedications thereby made are
accepted.
2. Execution of the Agreement entitled, "Subdivision Improve-
ments, Westborough Unit No. 4A, South San Francisco, California,"
is hereby authorized and the .~ayor is authorized to execute
said Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest
his signature thereto, same tp be recorded concurrently with
the recordation of the final map.
3. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are hereby
authorized to issue escrow instructions if necessary and
execute other documents and do any other acts necessary to
carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
