CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
GRANT OF EASEMENT T3 WESTBOROUGH COUNTY
WATER DISTRICT, A PUBLIC CORPORATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the 2ity Council of the City of South
San Francis co that:
1. The City of South San Francisco hereby authorizes a grant
to the Westborough County Water District, a public corporation
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of California, a non-exclusive right to use and occupy
a ten foot (10') subsurface easement within a twenty foot (20')
easement through the lands of the City of South San Francisco,
all of which is more particularly described in the "Grant of
Easement - Pipeline Right-of-Way, Westborough County Water
District, a Public Corporatlon," execution of which was authorized
on July 20, 1970.
2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
