CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS
IN WESTBOROUGH UNIT NO. 4A, LOCATED WITHIN THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE 6. 822 ACRE PARK SITE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the 2ity Council of the City of South
San Francis co that:
1. Public service easements are hereby declared and established
over, across and through the 6. 823 acre park site located in
Westborough Unit No. 4A, which easements are more particularly
described in Exhibit A attached hereto.
2. The Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is hereby
authorized to execute a docament declaring and establishing
said easements on behalf of the City of South San Francisco,
and the City Clerk is authorized to attest his signature thereto.
3. The City Clerk be and ha is hereby authorized to record
or cause the recordation of said document declaring and estab-

lishing said public service easements in the Official Records
of San Mateo County.

Description of 6.823 acre park site in Westborough Unit No. 4
conveyed by grant deed dated June 24, 1970, to City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, by GMT Investors, a California
limited partnership:
COMMENCING for reference at the northeasterly corner 'of
that certain parcel of land described in Deed to the Westborough
County Water District,. filed in Volume 5194 of Official Records at
Page 731, San Mateo County Records; thence along the southeasterly
line of Westborough Boulevard, as described by Deed filed in Volume
4033 of Official Records at Page 514, North $9° 12' East 44.88 feet;
thence North 69° 18' 46" East 471.67 feet and South 6° 30' West
95.56 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGI'NNING; thence from said TRUE
POINT OF BEGINNING North 69° 18' 46" East 63.66 feet; on the arc
of a curve to the right, tangent to the last preceding course, with
a radius of 165 02 feet, subtending a central angle of 53° 05' 58"
an arc distance of 152.93 feet; South 57° 35' 16" East 389.92 feet;
South 24° 58' 24" East 43.87 feet; South 58° 16' 03" East 194.27
feet; South 31° 43' 57" West 62'.[4 feet; and South 5° 21' East 296.74
feet to a point in the northerly line of a proposed street; thence
along said street line, northwesterly, on the arc of a curve to the
right, from a tangent bearing North 84° 18' 19" West, with a radius
of 650 feet, subtending a central angle of 40° 10' 04", an arc
distance of 455.69 feet to a poir.t of reverse curvature; thence on
the arc of a curve to the left, from a tangent bearing North 44°

tangent to the last said course, on the arc of a curve to the right,
with a radius of 165.0~ feet, subtending a central angle of 53° OS' 58",
an arc distance of 152.93 feet; South 5?° 35' 16" East 13.32 feet;

BEGINNING at a point in the easterly line of hereinabove
described 6.823 Acre Parcel, distant thereon North 5° 21' West 260.32
feet from the southeast corner tkereof; thence from said POINT OF
BEGINNING leaving said line nortl 84° 45' 30" West 14.02 feet;
South.44° 00' West 202.65 feet; South 21° 30' West 64.92 feet to a
point in the southerly line of aforesaid 6. 823 Acre Parcel; thence
westerly from a tangent bearing North 65° 43' 04" West, on the arc
of a curve to the right, with a radius of 650.00 feet; subtending a
