A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR PIPELINE RELOCATION
IMPROVEMENT )F 12 MILE CREEK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that 'Agreement for Pipeline
Relocation'' by and between the City of South San Francisco
and the San Francisco Water Dep&rtment, with the Pacific Gas
and Electric Company as an approving party thereto, in form
this day presented to this Council, is hereby approved, and
the Mayor of this City is authorized to execute said Agreement
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, and the City
Clerk is hereby directe~ to attest his signature and affix
thereto the corporate seal of th~ City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of August, 1970, by the followbng
vote~
