A RESOLUTION CALL-NG FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
IMPROVEMENT OF 12 MILE CREEK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and he is hereby
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds
to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5293,
adopted by this Council on May 4, 1970. The Notice of Sale,
in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch,
shall be given by said law firm causing copies thereof to
be mailed to the various banks and bondhouses interested
in the purchase of such bonds at least ten days before the
date of sale of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the
law. firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the pro-
ceedings and the issuance of sai~ bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoin~ resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San FrancisCo
at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of August, 1970, by the following
vote
