A RESOLUTION CALLING ~ FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
SOUTH MAPLE AVENUE - SOUTH CANAL STREET
RELIEF PUMP AND STORM DRAINAGE
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Cour. cil of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and he is hereby
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement bonds
to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5277,
adopted by this Council on April 6, 1970. The Notice of
Sale, in form to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton&
Lynch, shall be given by said law firm causing copies thereof
to be mailed to the various bani.~s and bondhouses interested
in the purchase of such bonds a~ least ten days before the
date of sale of said bonds.
2. The City will furnish the legal opinion of the
law~ firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo' ~'~
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the
proCeedings and the issuance of said bonds.

at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of August, 1970, by:the following
