CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5343.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Cicy Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Paragraph 2 of Resoluti~D No. 5343, passed
June 15, 1970, which reads as follows is hereby deleted:
"2. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record or cause the recordation of said agreement in
the Official Records of San Mateo County."
