A~RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPORTATION
COMPANY AND THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
(WESTBOROUGH EXTENSION AND CHESTNUT AVENUE CROSSING)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of the supplemental
agreement made as of the Srd day of August, 1970 by and
between Southern Pacific Transportation Company, a Delaware
corporation, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, providing for amendments of Sections 4 and 8 of
a street or highway agreement entered into between the parties
as of May 20, 1968, is hereby authorized; and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said supplemental agreement on behalf of the
City Clerk and attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
