CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING APPROVAL OF PLANS
FOR UP-156 (OROWEAT BAKING COMPANY)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that UP-i$6 as conditionally approved
by the Planning Commission, including comprehensive site
utilization plans or drawings, shall stand approved, when
said plans or drawings have been modified to show a 38-foot
high architectural wall along the South Spruce Avenue and
Francisco Terrace orientations of the proposed pump hose-
storage bin facility.
