A RESOLUTION APPOINTING PROJECT ENGINEER
TANFORAN AVENUE-SHAW RDAD STORM DRAINAGE PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council has determined to undertake pro-
ceedings pursuant to appropriate special assessment and.
assessment bond acts for the construction of storm drainage
facilities in said City, all as more particularly described
in ReSolution of Intention NO o 5227, adopted by this Council
on January 5, '1970;
WHEREAS, said facilities are proposed to be constructed
by the City of San Bruno; and
WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will
be served by appointing an engineer for the preparation and
conduct of the work in connection with said improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS 0REERED, that Leo Van Dusen, City
Engineer of the City of San Bruno, be, and he is hereby
appointed as Project Engineer for the purpose of providing
all engineering documents required for said proceedings,
other than the assessment roll, assessment diagram and
boundary map, which will be provided by the Director of
Public Works of this City; and inspection of the installation
of said improvements within the boundaries of the City of
South San Francisco will be provided by the Director of
Public Works of this City°
I hereby certify that the foreg3tng resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 17th day of August, 1970, by the following
vote~
