A RESOLUTION'AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FIFTH ADDITION - TANFORAN STORM DRAIN
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the City make and enter into
an Agreement by and between the City of San Bruno and the
City of South San Francisco, in form this day presented to
this Council, a copy of which is hereto attached and made a
part hereof by reference thereto, and the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute said Agreement, in duplicate, on behalf
of the City and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to attest his signature and to affix the corporate
seal of the City thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 17th day of August, 1970, by the followi:eg
