CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
AND THE SOUTH SAN~FRANCISC~0 CHAMBER OF 'COMMERCE
BE IT RESOLVED BY the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of the agreement between
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and
the South San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, a non-profit
corporation, providing for semvices therein set forth is
hereby authorized; and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk
to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopced by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco ac a regulam ~ meeting
held on the 8th day of ~o~p't. omhor , 19 70 ,
by the following vote:
