CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEP%ING TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION
EASEMENT FROM KANSAS CITY LIFE INSURANCE
COMPANY, A CORPORATION - SHAW ROAD PUMPING
STATION AND FORCE MAIN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the temporary construction easement granted
by Kansas City Life Insurance Company to the City of South San
Francisco, contained in the easement deed dated August 7,
1970, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to
record or cause recordation of same in the official records
of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that nhe foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 8th day of September , 19 70 , by the
following vote:
