CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RES~LUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FROM
KANSAS CITY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, A
CORPORATION - SHAW ROAD PUMPING STATION
AND FORCE MAIN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco that the easement granted by Kansas City Life Insurance
Company to the City of South San Francisco, contained in the
easement deed dated August ?, 1970, is hereby accepted and the
City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation of same
in the official records of ~he County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by tke City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a reqular meeting held on the
