CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING ENGINEER
OF WORK IN THE BOX CULVERT - WINSTON
MANOR BRANCH OF CCLMA CREEK PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Louis A. Arata, Civil Engineer and
Surveyor, is hereby designated as the engineer of work in
the Box Culvert - Winston Manor Branch of Colma Creek project
and the proposal regarding engineering fees set forth in his
letter of September 8, 19 70, is hereby accepted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 8th day of September , 19 70 , by the
following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN ~atrick ~. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, William A.
Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp
