CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH OWNERS REGARDING
BOX CULVERT - WINSTON MANOR BRANCH OF
COLMA CREEK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FranciSco that executior_ of an agreement between the City
of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and
H~nlin Company, a California :~orporation
in said agreement designated as "Owners," is hereby authorized
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adcpted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 8th day of September , 19 70,
by the following vote:
