A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT - CONSTRUCTION OF
A CONCRETE BOX CULVERT IN WINSTON MANOR CREEK THROUGH
T?.EASURE ISLAND TRAILER COURT PROPERTY.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pu'rsuant to previous order of the City Council
ant published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
.!nd declared on the 2,d day of SeDTembe~ , 1970
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made "as
described and specified:

BOX CULVERT - WINSTON BRANCH OF COLMA CREEK
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
aw~Jds the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furaishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest respon~sible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:
L. R. Yegge Company
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
atte.~t his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Ccuncil of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 8th day of ~eptember , l~0 ,
