A RESOLUTION AUTHCRIZING EXECUTION OF AN
INDENTURE BETWEEN SOUTHERN PACIFIC
TRANSPORTATION COMPANY AND CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the indenture between Southern
Pacific Transportation Company, a corporation of the State of
Delaware, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, dated the 21st day
of September , 19 7C , granting said City the right to
construct, reconstruct, maintain and operate storm drains
beneath the tracks and property of said railroad as therein
described, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said indenture on behalf of the City and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
