CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT DEED
FROM HERMAN HERTZ AND HERTZ REALTY, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the easement deed from Herman Hertz and
Hertz Realty to the City of South San Francisco dated June 30,
1970, granting a sanitary sewer easement over the parcel
therein described is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is
authorized to record or to cause recordation thereof in the
official records of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adcpted by the City Council of the
