CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDING AGREEMENT
WITH McGUIRE AND HESTER - CABOT, CABOT &
FORBES UNITS 2 AND 2A.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that an agreement amending the agreement between
City and McGuire and Hester dated the 12th day of August,
1969, is hereby authorized, said agreement to provide for
the acceptance of work completed and a completion of certain
items of work as in said amending agreement provided.
I hereby certify that ~he foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regnlar meeting
held on the 21st day of September , 19 70 , by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Frank J. Bertucelli, William A.
Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren Stei_nkamp
