CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING FILING OF NOTICE
OF COMPLETION (McGUIRE AND HESTER CONTRACT)--
CABOT, CABOT g FORBES UNITS 2 AND 2A.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Council, having accepted the
construction and installation of public works done pursuant
to the agreement dated the L2th day of August, 1969, between
said CitY and McGuire and Hester in Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes
Units 2 and 2A, the Director of Public Works is authorized to
file a notice of completion upon the execution of the amending
agreement as heretofore provided.
I hereby certify that ~he foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 21st day of September , 1970 , by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, William A.
Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp

ABSENT, " None
