CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING UP-154
(FOSTER AND KLEISER SIGN).
WHEREAS, the Council in the public hearing on the appeal
from a Planning Commission denial of UP-154, received, con-
sidered and made part of the record in the proceeding the
action and report of the Planning Commission, the documents,
communications and all presentations supporting and opposing
said permit and did evaluate the proposed use and effects
thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The Council finds ~hat the location of a painted
board (billboard) on the southeasterly side of the Bayshore
Freeway, approximately 1400 feet northeasterly of Oyster Point
Boulevard, in the M-2-H District set forth in the application
by Foster and Kleiser and the subject o.f UP-154 before the
Planning Commission is a use which will not under the circum-
stances of the particular case be detrimental to the health,
safety, peace, morals, comfort and general welfare of persons
residing or working in the neighborhood of such proposed use,
and will not be detrimental or injurious to property and the
improvements in the neighborhood and to the general welfare
of the City.
2. The Council orders that a Use Permit, UP-154, be
issued to Foster and Kleiser for the location of a painted'
board (billboard) on the southeasterly side of Bayshore Freeway,
approximately 1400 feet norcheasterly of Oyster Point Boule-
vard in the M-2-H District as set forth in the application
therefor.
