A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
TANFORAN AV1~NUE-SHAW ROAD STORM DRAINAGE PROJECT
ASSESS'.~ENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the Treasurer of this
City be, and he is hereby appointed as the person to
whom payment of assessments shall be made under Resolution
of Intention No. 522?, adopted by this council on the 5th
day of January, 1970, and tha~ his office .in the City Hall,
South San Francisco, California, is hereby designated as
the place at which the said payments will be made, and
the SUperintendent of Streets is hereby relieved of all
responsibility in connection %~ith collecting said a~sess-
ments. "
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular ~esting held this 5th ~ay of October, 1970, by the following
vote:
