CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT

CLAY AVENUE PARK.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
ant published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
an~ declared on the 29th day of September , 19 70
for the work to be done ar d the improvement to be made 'as
described and sp.ecified-
Documents and Specifications, Clay Avenue Park,
City of South San Francisco.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
po~als or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
fur~ishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therafor, to the lowest respon'sible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit:
G..~. Labrucherie & Associates, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
maize and enter into a written contract with said successful
bicaer, and the C'ity Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 5%h day of October , 1970 ,
