CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION SETTING FORTH THE FORM OF
THE CIVIL DEFENSE ORGANIZATION PURSUANT
TO SECTION 8 OF ORDINANCE NO. 311.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 311 of the City of South San
Francisco relating to civil defense and disaster provides that
the civil defense and disaster organization, the distribution
of civil defense powers and duties, the assignment of functions
and services and the recruiqment, direction and training of
personnel shall be prescribed by a resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that the civil defense and
disaster organization of this city and specific responsibilities
for disaster response shall be as shown in the attached plan,
marked Exhibit A, entitled, "Civil Defense and Disaster Plan,
City of South San Francisco, California."
I hereby certify that ~he foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 5th day of October , 19 70 , by the fol-
lowing vote:
