CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHOR-ZING APPROPRIATION IN THE
BODINSON ACQUISITION PROCEEDING - SOUTH AIRPORT
BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Council having authorized an eminent domain
proceeding in Resolution No. 5310, passed May 4, 1970, and
the obtaining of an order of immediate possession, does hereby
authorize the City Clerk to issue a warrant or check in the
sum of Fourteen Thousand Dollars ($14,000~00) for deposit as
security for the property owners and to secure the immediate
payment of just compensation for the taking of those estates
or interests in the parcels sought to be condemned, and all
improvements thereon, together with ~any damages incident
thereto, as soon as same can be ascertained according to
law, and as the probable just compensation which will be made
for the taking of said estates and interests in said parcels
and damages incident thereto.
2. The said warrant o? check shall be deposited with
the clerk of the Superior Court of San Mateo County in the
eminent domain proceeding authorization of which is herein-
before recited.
