CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
INDENTURE WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC TRANSPOR-
TATION COMPANY (RELATED TO WESTBOROUGH
BOULEVARD EXTENSION--260' DRAINAGE DITCH).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the indenture between Southern
Pacific Transportation Company, a corporation of the State of
Delaware, and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, whereby Southern Pacific Transportation Company
grants to City the right to construct, reconstruct, maintain
and operate approximately 230' of drainage ditch at Engineer
Station 864+60, Mile Post EX-ii.66, in the location shown on
the print of Railroad's Western Division Drawing L-18512,
Sheet No. 1, revised August 13, 1970, on the terms and con-
ditions therein set forth, is hereby authorized and the Mayor
is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
