CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
BREAKWATER EXTENSION - OYSTER POINT MARINA.
ItESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
ano published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 19th cay of October , 19 ?0
for the work to be done ant the improvement to be made' 'as
described and specified:
BREAKWAT~.R EXTENSION -
OYSTER POINT MARINA.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
oosais or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
~herafor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit
prices named in their bid to wit'

2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby author~ ~ to
~ake and enter into a written contract with said succ~
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby dire~ ed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate s~al of
the City.
