CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A STREET AND HIGHWAY
EASEMENT FROM V. W. COLLINS AND ELEANOR
COLLINS, HIS WIFE, AND THE CORPORATION OF
THE PRESIDING BISHDP OF THE CHURCH OF
JESUS CHRIST OF LATTER DAY SAINTS, A UTAH
CORPORATION (ROTARY PLAZA) .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Deed of Dedication dated
the day of , 1970, and executed
·
by V. W. Collins and Eleanor Collins, his wife, and the
Corporation of the Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter Day Saints, a Utah corporation, which grants
to the City of South San Fr~ncisco an easement for street
and highway purposes and for public utility purposes over
and across the property described therein, is hereby
accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
the recordation of said Deed of Dedication in the official
records of the County of S~_n Mateo.
