CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT, CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION
OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS - ROTARY PLAZA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of an agreement between the City
of South San Francisco and Rotary Plaza, Inc., providing for
the construction and installation of certain public improve-
ments, including streets and related facilities and storm
drain facilities, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that ~he foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§~lar ~meeting
held on the 19th day of October , 19 70 ,
by the following vote:
