CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A REVOCABLE PERMIT
FROM THE SOUTH SDJ~ FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL
DISTRICT FOR STOPJ~ DRAIN PURPOSES (ROTARY PLAZA).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that acceptance of the revocable permit author-
ized by Resolution No. ? of the Board of Trustees, South San
Francisco Unified School,District, County of San Mateo, on
the 12th day of October, 1970, and contained in a document
entitled "Revocable Permit,~' executed the 12th day of October,
1970, is hereby accepted, for the purpose of having an instal-
lation of a storm drainage facility by Rotary Plaza at
Rotary Plaza's sole cost and expense.
