HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5435-1970RESOLUTION NO. 5435 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP (PARCEL MAP 66 - E. H. EDWARDS COMPANY, OYSTER POINT BOULEVARD AND 'INDUSTRIAL WAY% BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: WHEREAS, the Council has considered Parcel Map 66 and the possible future widening of Oyster Point Boulevard, and has further considered the necessity of equitably apportion- ing the cost of the widening of Oyster Point Boulevard and improvement thereof in accordance with the benefits to the instant parcel and other parcels along Oyster Point Boule- vard, and WHEREAS, the Council [~as reviewed the prior proceed- ing in which Oyster Point Boulevard was improved through assessment district proceedings equitably apportioning costs thereof; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS 0RDERED: 1. In lieu of dedication and improvement of a nine (9) foot wide easement adjacent to the parcel described as Parcel Map 66, Council accepts th=. offer of owners to provide for future acquisition and improvement through an assessment district proceeding, all of which is to be set forth in the Declaration by owners reserving said easement and improve- ment thereof which is to b=- recorded in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo and the office of the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco. 2. Parcel Map 66 be and is hereby approved and the Director of Public Works is authorized to sign said Parcel - 1 - Map and record or cause recordation thereof in the Official Records of San Mateo County, copies bearing the official recordation reference thereof to be filed in the office of the Director of Public ~'orks, City Planner and City Clerk.
