A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT, ENTRANCE TO THE CITY,
AIRPORT BOULEVARD BETWEEN RANDOLPH AND BUTLER.
I~SOLVED, by the City Council of the City .of ~,outh
San Francisco, that
WqiEREAS, pursuant to frevious order of the City Council
an~ published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the ~?tb '~cay. of.. o,to~,.r , 19 70
for the work to be done and the zmprovement to be made as
described and sp.ecified'
BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT, ENTRANCE TO THE CITY,
AIRPORT BOULEVARD BETWEEN RANDOLPH AND BUTLER.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DRDERED as follows'

1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that .~ereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies an.d equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bradder, at the unit
prices named in their bid tm wit'
Watkin & Sibbald and Watkin, Sibbald & Bortolussi, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby autho:iz~a to
make and enter into a writt_=n contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby ~irec~ed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth or.
