A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON SALE
OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
TANFORAN AVENUE-SHAW ROAD STORM DRAINAGE PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of this City be, and he is hereby
directed to call for bids for the sale of improvement
bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of Intention
No. 5227, adopted by this Council on January 5, 1970.
2. The Notice of Sale, in form to be prepared by
Wilson, Jones, Morton ~ Lynch, shall be given by said
law firm causing copies thereof to be mailed t° the
various banks and bondhouses interested in the purchase
of' such bondS at least ten days before the ~date~.of' sale
of said bonds.
3. The City will furnish the legal opinion of
the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the
proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the ~ity Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 16th day of November, 1970,
