CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT
(STORM DRAIN) FROM THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT (ROTARY PLAZA).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Grann of Easement (Storm Drain) made
by the South San Francisco Unified School District, dated
October 26, 1970, and authorized by Resolution No. 11 of the
Board of Trustees of said district, which was passed and
adopted the 26th day of October, 1970, is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recorda-
tion of same in the official records of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
regular meeting
