CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT (PENINSULA
HUMANE SOCIETY SERVICES).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of a Supplemental Agreement between
the City of South San Frar.cisco, a municipal corporation, and
the Peninsula Humane Society, a California corporation, pro-
viding for additional and supplemental services to the City
of South San Francisco as therein provided is hereby authorized
and the City Manager is authorized to execute said agreement
on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 16th day of November , 19 70 , by
the following vote:
