A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 5405
PASSED THE 21ST DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1970

MCGUIRE AND HESTER] .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Resolution No. 5405, passed the 21st day
of September, 1970, entitled "A Resolution Authorizing Amend-
ing Agreement with McGuire and Hester - Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
Units 2 and 2A" be and the same is hereby rescinded, and the
act thereby authorized, to wit: the execution of an amending
agreement, is hereby revoked.
