CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEED OF
DEDICATION FROM V. W. COLLINS
AND ELEANOR COLLINS, HIS WIFE,
AND ROTARY PLAZA, INC. - STREET,
HIGHWAY AND PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the 3ity Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Deed of Dedication made by V. W. Collins
and Eleanor Collins, his wife, and Rotary Plaza, Inc., granting
City an easement for street and highway purposes and for public
utility purposes over and across the property therein described,
which Deed of Dedication was executed respectively on September
25, 1970, and November 10, 1970, is hereby accepted, and the
City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recordation thereof
in the official records of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
