CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION _RESCINDING THE RESOLUTION
REGARDING ROTARY PLAZA.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Resolution 5428, entitled, "A Resolution
Accepting a Street and Highway Easement from V. W. Collins
and Eleanor Collins, His Wife, and the Corporation of the
Presiding Bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter
Day Saints, a Utah Corporation (Rotary Plaza)', passed
October 19, 1970, is hereby rescinded.
I hereby certify that qhe foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re§u~ar
meeting held
