CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTH.]RIZING PAYMENT FOR
ACQUISITION OF A PARCEL FROM STEWART-
WARNER CORPORATIO[~, A VIRGINIA CORPO-
RATION (SHAW ROAD - SAN MATEO AVENUE
PUMP STATION).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
deposit in escrow for acquisition of the parcel of land quit-
claimed to the City of South San Francisco by Stewart-Warner
Corporation, a Virginia corporation, as described in Resolu-
tion No. 5454 passed the 30th day of November, 1970, the
sum of Eight Thousand Two Hundred Ten Dollars ($8,210.00).
2. The City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to
issue escrow instructions providing for delivery of the deed
and payment of said sum, to wit: Eight Thousand Two Hundred
Ten Dollars ($8,210.00).
3. Payment of escrow fees and cost of title insurance
by the City is hereby authorized.
