CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING DELETION
OF PEDESTRIAN OVERPASS
(WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD EXTENSION).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cnuncil of the City of South
San Francisco that said Council does approve the deletion of
the Westborough overpass from the contract between the County
of San Mateo and Piombo Cor. struction Company, reserving the rights
as set forth in the Joint Fowers Agreement dated August 18, 1969,
between the County of San Mateo and City of South San Francisco
to have a pedestrian overpass constructed and installed as set
forth in Paragraph IV-B and other related sections of said Joint
Powers Agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Franciscc at an adjour, ed re§u~ar meeting
held on the 30th day of Nnv~.mh~r , 19 7n, by
the following vote:
