CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
(BUSINESS AND TRANSPORTATION AGENCY,
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS) - EL CAMIN0 WIDENING BETWEEN
ORANGE AVENUE AND CHESTNUT AVENUE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the agreement between the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the
State of California, acting by and through its Business and
Transportation Agency, Department of Public Works, Division of
Highways, providing for the improvement of E1 Camino Real as
therein recited, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
