A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATE0 (AGREEMENT
TO PURCHASE TAX DEEDED LAND - .05 ACRE
ADJACENT TO LOT 28, BLOCK 2 OF CITY PARK).
BE IT RESOLVED by the 2ity Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute an agreement to purchase tax deeded
land, same being between the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, and the Board of Supervisors of the
County of San Mateo, State of California, providing for the
acquisition of a parcel of land described in said agreement
as Exhibit A, Parcel 014-021-290.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 7th day of December , 1970), by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Aher,, Frank J. Bertucelli, William A.
