SHAW ROAD AND SAN MATE O AVENUE PUMP
STATION IMPROVEMENTS AND FORCE MAIN.
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, chat
~tEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
an~ published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
an~ ueclared on the 16th day of November , 1970
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified'

IMPROVEMENTS AND FORCE MAIN
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows'

1. That said Council does hereby reoect a~l of sa~¢~ pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, amd hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements amd
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
· ~her=for,~ to the lowest responsible bidder, at the umia
prices named in their bid zo wit'

2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby autk.~rz~=a to

Oidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby azre~='aad to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate so-al of
the City.
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth
