CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR URGENCY
REPAIRS TO COLMA CREEK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Council, having considered the inter-
office memorandum of the Director of Public Works dated
December 7, 1970, and all presentations regarding the need
for repairs on Colma Creek at the places therein described
to preserve public facilities and provide for the adequate
drainage of the City, and determining that it is in the public
interest to immediately make said repairs without elapse of
time required by formal bidding procedures, the Director of
Public Works is hereby authorized to proceed immediately with
the repairs as set forth in said memorandum.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adDpted by the City Council of the
