CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CANCELLATION OF TAXES
ON PROPERTY ACQUIRED FOR PUBLIC USE
BE IT RESOLVED BY' THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO that:
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco acquired a
certain parcel of real property for public purposes on Tennis
Drive, and said parcel is more particularly described in
Exhibft A attached hereto; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of said City desires to
authorize the City Attorney to consent to the cancellation of
taxes pursuant to Section 4986.2 of the Revenue $ Taxation Code
of the State of California,and further requests the Board of
Supervisors of the County of San Mateo to authorize the cancel-
lation of County taxes,
NOW,THEREFORE,IT IS ORDERED THAT:
1. The City Attorney of the Ci'ty of South San Francisco
is authorized to consent to the cancellation of taxes for the
parcel of real property acquired for public purposes described
in Exhibit A attached heretO.
2. The City Attorney be and he is hereby authorized
to request cancellation of taxes by the Board. of Supervisors
of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the 'foregoing ReSolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Fran~_isco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day of December ,

All'that certain Real property situated in the' City of South
San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the soUtheasterly corner of Lot 28 as delineated
on that certain map entitled "CITY PARK ADDITION" which was
recorded July 20, 1938, in Vol.21'of Maps at page 79 thereof,
San Mateo County'records; thence south 15° 33' West 50.35
feet more or less to an intersection with the southerly right
of way line of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company which right
of way was conveyed to them by the South San Francisco Land
$ Improvement Company by deed dated Sept. 19, 1893 and'recorded
Dec. 1, 1893 in Book 67 of deeds at page 21 thereof, San Mateo
County Records; thence westerly along the southerly line of said
right of way on the arc of a curve-to the left having a radius
of 1121.00 feet a distance of 40.39 feet to a point which bears
South 15° 33' west from the southwesterly corner of said Lot;
thence North 15° 33' east a distance of 50.59 feet to said
Southwesterly corner of said lot; thence easterly on the southerly
line of said lot on the arc of a curve to the right having a
radi~s of 1171.00 feet a distance of 40.36~feet more or less to
